Improvements include

• Group tracks
• Cross fading in arrangement view
• Enhanced MIDI editor
• New looper tool
• Groove files
• New effects
• File preview with wave view and scrubbing tool

Check their site out for more info. At first glance, the changes are huge improvements to work flow and I'm sure I'll be upgrading soon!
